ProClinix Lab — payment terms 1. Statements and invoices. At the start of each month ProClinix Lab issues one statement and one invoice per billing account, covering every case dispatched in the previous month. 2. Prices and VAT. Each case is charged at the price shown when it was submitted, excluding VAT. VAT is added on the invoice at the applicable rate (currently 23%, unless the account is zero-rated or reverse-charged). 3. Payment. Each invoice is payable in full within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment by bank transfer to ProClinix Lab, IBAN IE00 DEMO 0000 0000 0000 00, quoting the invoice number. Terms 30 days. 4. Authority. By signing, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for the practice named in this registration, and that the practice will pay the invoices issued to it.
